Mathias Farms (PICK-YOUR-OWN)
Mathias Farms is a family owned and operated fruit farm that offers pick your own and ready picked fruit to the public.  We are set up to handle  large numbers of people at one time, for example busloads.  We like to encourage families to come to the farm as part of their visit to the Niagara Peninsula.  Children are welcome, as long as their family supervises them.  Bringing your own container is helpful, but not necessary. All interested parties should call first to inquire as to the picking conditions before coming out to the farm.  This is especially true for large groups.
Crops available for pick your own are sweet cherries…sour cherries…red and black raspberries….mulberries….apples …red currants.
We also have blackberries and pears and real fruit jams made from fruit that comes off the farm.

Ridge Berry Farms (PICK-YOUR-OWN)
Ridge Berry Farm occupies just over 27 acres of fertile sandy loam soil in the centre of the Niagara Penninsula. Today Ridge Berry Farm features small patches of Purple Raspberries and Blackberries. They are also re-establishing an old plot of Arctic Kiwis (unique grape-sized fruit similar to kiwifruit in taste and appearance, but green, brownish, or purple in colour, with smooth skin. The farm also hosts plots of Juneberries (a.k.a. Saskatoons) and Mulberries, as well as some well established Concord grapes. The farm managers are also working on returning a few old apple trees (Crabapple, McIntosh, Empire, and rare Pippin apple trees) into regular production.
The property also includes a small but beautiful patch of Carolinan Forest. Here you will find Black Walnut, Shagbark Hickory, Sugar Maple, Sassafras, Ramps (wild leek), Garlic Scapes (edible stalks of hardneck garlic that resemble chives in appearance), wild blackberries, wild grapes, and a variety of different wild mushrooms including Pheasant Back Saddle Mushrooms and Powder Puffs.

Bry-Anne Farms is a great Pick-Your-Own farms which also features an on-site farm gate market selling strawberries, berries, tomatoes, pumpkins, sweet corn and a sundry of other fruits and vegetables in-season. For hours of operation for Pick-Your-Own, please call Bry-Anne Farms ahead of time.
During the whole month of October, Bry-Anne Farms turns into the Great Pumpkin Patch. It’s a great fall destination and has fun for everyone. During this time you can get pumpkins, get a snack, visit the Pumpkin Discovery Center, take a hayride, get lost in the straw or hay maze or explore the barn. Kids can also play in the hay playplace. Visitors can try one of their fantastic homemade apple or pumpkin pies. They also sell apples, pumpkins, sweet corn, various kinds of vegetables, squash and gourds and hay bails for home use.
It’s a great place for a fall family trip out, especially with little ones as there is much to do and see.

Weiland Sweet Cherry Farm (PICK-YOUR-OWN)
For the past 50 summers, the Weiland family has had sweet cherry harvests on their family farm in Fonthill. Visitors are welcome to come and pick their own varieties, starting with the large black cherry of the Cavalier variety at the end of June and the popular Bing and Hedelfingen varieties during the month of July.
Bus tours are welcome for pick-your-own but by appointment only.

The Moyer Family has owned and operated their farm since 1799; over 200 years!
