Come and discover the amazing world of comic books on Free Comic Book Day!
Since 2002, Free Comic Book Day is a day when participating comic book stores across North America and around the world give away comic books free to anyone who comes into their stores!
There will be 50 titles to choose from, so there's bound to be something for everyone. Dress up in costume as your favourite super hero!
Participating stores in Niagara include:
The Neutral Zone, 5986 Lundy’s Lane, Niagara Falls
Offering one free comic book per person.
Open from 11am-5:30pm.
Mostly Comics,
Visitors will get at least one free book, more if they bring a non-perishable food item for the food bank or humane society.
Open 10am
Big B Comics, 6465 Lundy’s Lane, Niagara Falls
Visitors will get to pick four free books each, plus two more if they're in costume, and two more if they donate a food item to Project SHARE.
Open 10am-6pm.
Sketchbook Comics, 224 Glenridge Ave, Unit #9, St. Catharines
Free comics will be limited to 3 per person, so everyone has an opportunity to enjoy them. Want more free comics? We are supporting Autism Ontario, and are accepting donations. Make a donation and up your free comic count to 6!

Thorold
Stop in at the Thorold Public Library and receive a free comic book (while supplies last). Come dressed up as your favourite super hero or villain to win a prize, read to well-trained dogs, play Wii in the Library and make your own Yoda! FREE.
Pelham
Visit the Fonthill Branch of Pelham Library on Sat., May 2 during open hours and pick up your free comic book.
Niagara Falls
Pick up a free comic book (while supplies last) at Victoria Avenue Branch, Niagara Falls on Saturday, May 2.
Grimsby
Readers are invited to attend the Grimsby Public Library between 2-4pm, dressed as their favourite comic character. Dressing in costume could earn readers one of several thematic prizes. Because children are expected, comic fans are respectfully requested to think “family friendly” in the characters and costumes they share.
