    Pelham

    Mathias Farms (PICK-YOUR-OWN)

    Mathias Farms is a family owned and operated fruit farm that offers pick your own and ready picked fruit to the public. They like to encourage families to come to the farm. Bringing your own container is helpful, but not necessary. All interested parties should call first to inquire as to the picking conditions before coming out to the farm.

    Crops available for pick your own in the summer months are: sweet cherries, sour cherries, red and black raspberries, red currants, and mulberries. In the late summer and fall, we offer pick your own raspberries and apples. Blackberries are also available in the late summer months in the fruit stand. You will always find a selection of homemade jams in the fruit stand throughout our season.

    Ridge Berry Farms (PICK-YOUR-OWN)

    Today Ridge Berry Farm features small patches of Purple Raspberries and Blackberries. They are also re-establishing an old plot of Arctic Kiwis (unique grape-sized fruit similar to kiwifruit in taste and appearance, but green, brownish, or purple in colour, with smooth skin. The farm also hosts plots of Juneberries (a.k.a. Saskatoons) and Mulberries, as well as some well established Concord grapes. The farm managers are also working on returning a few old apple trees (Crabapple, McIntosh, Empire, and rare Pippin apple trees) into regular production.

    White Meadow Farms

    From November to January, White Meadows is hard at work preparing for the spring maple rush. Celebrate maple during their sugaring season from January to April.

    Bry-Anne Farms (PICK-YOUR-OWN)

    Bry-Anne Farms specializes in ….growing delicious strawberries, raspberries and tomatoes for fresh market sale as well as for the experience of the Pick-Your-Own crowd. We always recommend calling to check picking conditions and times of operation before you head out the farm. Containers to pick into are available at the farm.

    Closed on Sundays. Pick-your-own strawberries, raspberries, and tomatoes are available. Strawberries should be available mid-June.

    Weiland Sweet Cherry Farm (PICK-YOUR-OWN)

    For the past 50 summers, the Weiland family has had sweet cherry harvests on their family farm in Fonthill. Visitors are welcome to come and pick their own varieties, starting with the large black cherry of the Cavalier variety at the end of June and the popular Bing and Hedelfingen varieties during the month of July.

    DeVries Fruit Farm (PICK-YOUR-OWN)

    The farm store is open year round and stocked with a variety of delicious local products. In season, they sell locally grown and home grown fruits and vegetables from their 200 acre farm. In addition to their pre-picked crops, each June, they offer the fun and freshness of pick-your-own strawberries.

    20 Valley Harvest Farms (PICK-YOUR-OWN)

    Pick-your-own and ready-picked sweet cherries and tart (sour) cherries galore! With over 2000 trees to choose from, there are plenty of cherries for everyone! Located in beautiful Jordan Station, Ontario, our family farm is open daily during cherry season in July. Our second farm location will be open in October for pick-your-own pumpkins.

    Berry Farms (PICK-YOUR-OWN)
    This is a Pick-Your-Own farm growing red and black currants, gooseberries, raspberries, black berries and ½ an acre of blueberries. Make sure you all ahead for conditions and availability.

    Cherry Avenue Farms (PICK-YOUR-OWN)
    Pack a picnic and bring your family for a tractor ride in to Cherry Avenue Farms orchards, to pick your own sun ripened fruit. The Moyer Family has owned and operated their farm since 1799; over 200 years! Visitors have the opportunity to have a true farm experience; pick your own sweet cherries, plums, peaches, nectarines, apricots or pears depending upon the month.

    Kar-Dean Farms is located in Vineland Station, and provides visitors with the opportunity to pick their own sweet cherries.

    Tigchelaar Berry Farms (PICK-YOUR-OWN)
    Farming is in the genes for the Tigchelaar brothers. Beginning with their grandfather on his farm in Stoney Creek, Ontario, and with their own father on his farm in Binbrook, Ontario, farming has been a way of life for generations for the Tigchelaar family.     A family operated farm located on the beautiful Beamsville 'Bench', Windwood Farms has become a traditional destination for families and friends to pick fresh and tasty Apples, Pears, and Plums. The farm is also home to a big pumpkin patch where you can personally select that perfect specimen to carve into something special.
