Safari Niagara Father’s Day Car Show

Celebrate Dad on Father’s Day at the Safari Niagara Car Show! Father’s are FREE. Bring the whole family for an awesome day with vehicles of all kinds, food, fun and more.

- Live Music at the Merembe Restaurant (12:00PM – 3:00PM)

- Visit our tent at the giraffe exhibit as we celebrate World Giraffe Day. All donations and proceeds made at the tent will go to the Giraffe Conservation Foundation. Enter for your chance to win some great prizes!

Whiskey Run Golf Course Father's Day Tournament
June 15, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
631 Lorraine Rd, Port Colborne
The tournament features an 18-hole round in a two person scramble format, with a shared riding cart, and gives players the chance to win some cool prizes out on the course, like closest to the pin and longest drive competitions.
Breakfast & Lunch For Dad
We start with breakfast before the round – it’s a great way to kick off Father’s Day weekend, which coincidentally has had incredible weather the last 10 years! Just goes to show – the weather Gods LOVE when dad’s play golf! After the round, a hearty lunch that any Dad would love is served, followed by door prizes, awards and draws to cap off the day – and you still have time to spend the afternoon relaxing and celebrating (or taking a well-deserved nap).

Fathers Day T-Shirt (St. Catharines)
June 15, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Lakeside Park, Port Dalhousie
Join Allison, her husband Phil, and children, to make a shirt that dad can be proud to wear for Canada’s birthday! Bring a white or light tshirt, and we will supply paint to make a handprint Canada flag on it. (You can bring a few t-shirts if you want to make them for the family!)
There is a $2 suggested donation for this craft.
We will also have supplies to make hand print Fathers Day cards. We will have a photo area where you can take photos of your kids as a gift for dad too. After crafting we will play at the playground.
Annual Father's Day Children's Fishing Derby
June 16, 7am-11am
Flat Water Centre, Welland
The Children's Fishing Derby at the Flat Water Centre has been a staple of the Welland Rose Festival for a number of years. Come enjoy us for a morning of fishing ending with a hot dog and drink for the kids. There will be a prize for the winner of each age group.
