Milling Day

May 18, 11am-12:30pm

Morningstar Mill, 2714 Decew Rd., St. Catharines

We’ll be making flour using water power and our millstones on Saturday! We’ll be milling a hard red spring wheat which is great for bread making. Our suggested donation for a 2 lb bag of flour is $4. If you would like to see the millstone being positioned, please stop by the mill at about 10:45 am. The milling demonstration is usually over by 12:30 pm.
