The Film House presents Free Outdoor Movies

Thursday, July 20 at 8:30 PM – 10:30 PM, Mann Raceway Plaza (behind the FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre) at dusk.

We’re moving to the great outdoors.

Join us in our backyard under the stars for a beautiful summer evening. Popcorn and concessions will be available. Please bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating.

The screening will begin at dusk on Thursday 20 July in behind The Film House/ FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre.

On Thurs 20 July enjoy a free outdoor screening of your favourite baseball flick: BAD NEWS BEARS, A LEAGUE OF THEIR OWN or CITY SLICKERS. Vote online: for your movie pick!


Meridian Zoovie Night

Friday, July 28 at 7 PM – 10 PM, Safari Niagara, 2821 Stevensville Rd.

Join Safari Niagara as we host, Meridian Zoovie Night. Come out for a complimentary movie at the wildest movie theatre in town!

We will start the evening with our Zooniversity Outreach Program which provides an informative, educational, close-up animal encounter for all ages. After the presentation we will be showing a special viewing of the movie SING.

Don’t miss this complimentary evening provided by Safari Niagara and Meridian Credit Union.


Movie Night under the Stars

July 22, 2017 at Centennial Park in Grimsby…..Trolls is the Movie

Come on out to Centennial Park in Grimsby for a fun-filled family evening. Enjoy watching ‘Trolls’ under the stars on a 2-storey outdoor movie screen. FREE popcorn. There is no admission for this event but a non-perishable food item for the GBF (Grimsby Benevolent Fund) Food Bank would be appreciated. Food & ice cream truck, Calvin’s Magic, Jumpy Castles and much more! See you there!


Lincoln Outdoor Family Movie Nights

Admission is free with a non-perishable food item fro Community Care of West Niagara.

Bring your own lawn chair.  Refreshments will be available for purchase.

Moonlight Flicks in Port Dalhousie

Tuesday, July 25, 7-11pm

Rennie Park, 60 Lakeport Rd, St. Catharines

Bring your blanket/lawn chair and a canned good (for Community Care) to Port Dalhousie and watch Moana under the stars for free with your friends and family! Visit Rennie Park for games, trivia and our movie presentation of MOANA brought to you by Marks No Frills starting at dusk.


Shows in the Sugarbowl

Free outdoor movies hosted in Sugarbowl Park Fort Erie Ontario

The Central Firefighter’s Association is proud to present Shows in the Sugarbowl. Our volunteers will be showing family-friendly movies in the bowl at Sugarbowl Park on the evenings of June 24, 2017 and August 2017. Check here for the August date.

This is a family friendly event, free of charge for our community. All refreshments will be affordable, attendance will be by donation for those who wish to contribute and of course, our event will be alcohol-free. We will be using the park from 8pm to 11pm.

We hope that, as a Sugarbowl neighbour we can count on you and your residents to attend. Priority viewing will be provided for those residents who require an accessibility accommodation and barrier free washrooms will be onsite.
