    Pick Your Own Cherries in Niagara

    Here is a list of farms where you can pick your own cherries in Niagara!

    Please call the farms for picking conditions before you go. 

    Cherry picking season in Ontario begins in June 25th through July 13th.

    Mathias Farms

    Mathias Farms is a family owned and operated fruit farm that offers pick your own and ready picked fruit to the public.  They like to encourage families to come to the farm.

    Bringing your own container is helpful, but not necessary. All interested parties should call first to inquire as to the picking conditions before coming out to the farm. Sweet cherries and sour cherries are available at the farm.

    Weiland Sweet Cherry Farm 

    For the past 50 summers, the Weiland family has had sweet cherry harvests on their family farm in Fonthill. Visitors are welcome to pick their own cherries. Open 8am-7pm. Open now for pick your own cherries.

    20 Valley Harvest Farms 

    Pick-your-own and ready-picked sweet cherries and tart (sour) cherries galore.  The family farm is open daily during cherry season in July.  Please check the website or call for picking conditions. 

    Check here for COVID-19 information. SWEET CHERRY season typically starts in early July and lasts approximately 2 weeks. SOUR CHERRY season typically start mid-July and usually last for 2-3 weeks. Cash only.

    Cherry Avenue Farms

    The Moyer Family has owned and operated their farm since 1799; over 200 years. Visitors have the opportunity to have a true farm experience; pick your own sweet cherries, plums, peaches, nectarines, apricots or pears depending upon the month. Check here for COVID-19 information. Cash only.  Cherries: - planning to start around July 8, 2020. They are expecting a very short picking season this year due to the frosts in May.

    Kar-Dean Farms

    Kar-Dean Farms is located in Vineland Station, and provides visitors with the opportunity to pick their own sweet cherries.

    Parkway Orchards 

    Parkway Orchards is a pick your own fruit farm, offering pick your own cherries at the beginning of July. Check here for updates.

    Duffin Farms 

    They have hundreds of cherry trees, so each family can pick on their own tree- social distancing is very easy.  It's a great time to get outdoors.  Pick your own cherries starts July 1st and they are open every day from 8am- 8pm.
