March 9th, 2015
With the warmer weather forecasted for this week, I'm sure everyone will be anxious to get outdoors and enjoy the above freezing temperatures. I know my kids are pretty excited to put on their rubber boots and splash in all the puddles of melted snow. We'll definitley be heading outdoors for neighbourhood walks each day to enjoy the fresh air.
This week, leading up to March Break, there are a bunch of great activities throughout the Niagara area, including library programs, Ontario Early Years activities, and PFLC programs.
On Monday, the Early Years has a Baby, Me and a Cup of Tea drop-in program for moms and their pre-crawling infants at the Bunting Rd site from 1pm-3pm.
Visit any of the Parenting and Family Literacy Centres this week between 9am and 12:30pm for a variety of engaging and educational activities for your little ones. Snacks are provided.
I'll be visiting the Rowe Family Dairy Farm on Wednesday with my two little guys. We're looking forward to seeing some cows and exploring the farm. We registered through the Early Years program.
On Thursday morning your little ones can burn off some energy at Gymnastics Energy's Tumbling Tots Drop-In from 10am-12pm.
Check out your local library programs for kids as well. There is an abundance of activities for all ages.
