No more "I’m bored" or winter blues! Here are things to do during winter break in Niagara. These ideas will help you get out of the house and have fun!
St. Catharines Musuem:
Stop by the St. Catharines Museum over the winter break and join us for tons of special activities! Take a break from the cold and dark of winter to enjoy a variety of fun and interactive programs that are suitable for all ages.
All programs are drop-in, including our fan-favourite Museum Play Date and Build-A-Boat Challenge. Search for the hidden treats in our Merritt’s Mystery treasure hunt or express your creative side at one of our crafter’s corners.
Don't forgot to bring your winter clothing donation to our Mitten Tree in support of Community Care of St. Catharines. Thorold, and Out of the Cold!

One of the best parts of the holidays is playing with new toys! Children of all ages can bring their favourite toy (old or new) to the St. Catharines Museum and play in our gallery! It’s like a city-wide play date, and it’s free! Enjoy hot chocolate and cookies while meeting new friends and playing with your favourite toys.
