#Mpower Walk, Ride, Run for Maternal Mental Health
May 12, 3-3:30pm
Jaycee Park, Ontario St., St. Catharines
Did you know that one in five moms experience Postpartum Depression (PPD) in Canada? This affects over 76,000 Moms each year. Yes, 76,000!!! It can happen to any mom, so it’s important to educate and inform them, and let them know that they don’t have to suffer in silence or alone…that’s the mission at Life With A Baby!
We’ll start with a 30 min walk at Jaycee park and continue to walk and finish at Homestead donuts for tea/coffee. Get some fresh Spring air in the park while raising awareness for our community!
Everyone is welcome to join including strollers, toddlers & spouses…the more people, the more awareness we’ll raise! Please ask ALL your friends to join you in raising awareness for maternal mental health!
If you cannot join us at the event, please join our team, and participate in a virtual event!
If anyone would like to make a donation or join the LWAB Niagara team to help with fundraising ($20 or more will receive a tax receipt), please CLICK HERE
